If you are not satisfied with an eligible product purchased directly from our official website, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Products purchased directly from www.enspriskincare.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery when the return meets the eligibility requirements described below.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $14 return-processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and reviewed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

• The product must have been purchased directly from www.enspriskincare.com .
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order’s recorded delivery date.
• The customer must provide the order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
• The product must be returned when requested so that we can review and process the return.
• The return must otherwise comply with our Return and Refund Policy .

Return requests may be limited or declined in circumstances involving repeated claims, suspected misuse, unauthorized purchases, or other situations described in our Return and Refund Policy.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your Enspri Skin Care order number
• The product you would like to return
• A brief explanation of the reason for the return

Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from our Customer Care Team.

Refund Processing

After your returned product is received, it will be reviewed before the refund is approved.

Once approved, the purchase price of the eligible returned product, less the $14 return-processing fee and any other applicable deductions disclosed in our Return and Refund Policy, will be refunded to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an order purchased directly from our website arrives damaged or defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Purchases From Spas, Distributors, or Other Sellers

This 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to eligible purchases made directly through www.enspriskincare.com .

Products purchased from an authorized spa or distributor are subject to that seller’s return, refund, and customer-service policies.

Enspri Skin Care cannot directly process returns or refunds for purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Amazon Purchases

For products purchased through Amazon, all return requests, refunds, delivery issues, product concerns, and related claims must be handled through Amazon and the seller from whom the product was purchased.
