Damaged or Defective Items 

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we will make it right immediately. 

  • Resolution: We will provide a 100% refund or send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Action Required: Please email info@enspriskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Processing Fee: For all standard returns, a flat fee of $14.00 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping and processing.

  • Prepaid Labels: Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Exclusions & Authorized Channels

To ensure product integrity and safety, our return policy applies only to purchases made on our official website.

  • Authorized Distributors/Spas: Claims for products purchased at a spa or through an authorized distributor must be handled by that specific location.

  • Amazon Purchases: Returns for products bought on Amazon must be initiated through the Amazon "Your Orders" page.

  • Unauthorized Sources: Enspri is not responsible for products obtained from unauthorized third-party resellers.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus the $14.00 fee, where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
